Ефективність використання запропонованого лікувально- профілатичного комплексу в дітей-інвалідів із захворюваннями тканин пародонта

Abstract

Протягом 24 місяців дітям-інвалідам із хворобами центральної нервової системи, системи крові, органів дихання і з психічними розладами та з проявами хронічного катарального гінгівіту проводили санацію порожнини рота, гігієнічне чищення зубів, герметизацію фісур, фторування зубів під загальним знеболюванням та призначали комплекс медичних препаратів. Запропонований комплекс лікувально-профілактичних заходів ефективний для лікування і профілактики хвороб тканин пародонта в дітей-інвалідів із хворобами центральної нервової системи, системи крові, органів дихання і дітей-інвалідів із психічними розладами; В течение 24 месяцев детям-инвалидам с болезнями центральной нервной системы, системы крови, органов дыхания, с психическими расстройствами и с проявлениями хронического катарального гингивита проводили санацию полости рта, гигиеническую чистку зубов, герметизацию фиссур, фторирование зубов под общим обезболиванием и назначали комплекс медицинских препаратов. We propose a set of preventive measures aimed to improve dental health in children with disabilities. It includes the sanitation of the oral cavity and conduction of hygienic cleaning of teeth, fissure sealing, fluoridation of teeth under general anesthesia, followed by administration of complex of drugs. Drugs were administered in conjunction with pediatricians and doctors taking care after the children with disabilities. Doses of drugs were administered according to age. The purpose of the study: to improve the quality of treatment and prevention of diseases of periodontal tissues in children-invalids with diseases of the central nervous system, blood system, respiratory and mental disorders. Materials and methods. Disabled children with central nervous system diseases, mental disorders, diseases of the blood system, respiratory organs, ones who suffer from chronic catarrhal gingivitis mild and moderate severity at the age from 2 to 15 years. In the period from 2010 to 2013 there were examined 416 disabled children with central nervous system diseases, mental disorders, diseases of the blood system, respiratory organs aged from 2 to 15 who are receiving treatment of the underlying disease in KU "Zaporozhye regional clinical children's hospital". The sanitation of the oral cavity and conducted hygienic cleaning of teeth, fissure sealing, fluoridation of teeth was performed under general anesthesia with artificial lung ventilation. Groups of all age categories: 1 and 2 age categories II and III groups, children for age 3 category are II and III groups of preventive activities were carried out without anesthesia, and debridement of the oral cavity under local anesthesia. Treatment and preventive measures were performed depending on the degree of risk of dental caries and diseases of periodontal tissues. In the group with low risk – 1 per year, in the group of medium risk – 1 every 6 months, with a high risk of development of caries and diseases of periodontal tissues – 1(once) every 4 months. Results. The prevalence of chronic catarrhal gingivitis in children with disabilities has decreased in all the study groups two times in average. On this basis we are able to argue that our proposed complex of treatment and prophylaxis is effective for the treatment of diseases of periodontal tissues in children-invalids with diseases of the central nervous system, blood system, respiratory system and disabled children with mental disorders.
