Динаміка захворюваності та смертності внаслідок хвороб системи кровообігу в Україні (регіональний аспект)

Abstract

Проаналізовано основні показники поширеності, захворюваності та смертності від хвороб системи кровообігу. Отримані дані вказали на диференціацію між регіонами показників первинної захворюваності, поширеності та індексу накопичення ХСК; Проанализированы основные показатели распространенности, заболеваемости и смертности от болезней системы кровообращения. Полученные данные указали на дифференциацию между регионами в показателях первичной заболеваемости, распространенности и индекса накопления БСК; Cardiovascular disease ranks first in the structure of both morbidity and mortality in Ukraine. The structure of causes of death, including premature adult deaths CVD are 66.5%, while losses from cancer pathology — 13.9%. One of the major classes of diseases that form the global burden of noncommunicable diseases (NCD) both in Ukraine and in the world is cardiovascular diseases (CVD). The aim of the study was to analyze and establish regional differences in mortality, morbidity and prevalence of primary cardiovascular diseases. Object and methods. The study used official statistics, applied bibliographic, information-analytical, statistical methods of analysis. Results and discussion. The current structure of causes of death for the population of Ukraine combines elements of traditional and modern patterns of pathology, in which the high death rate from endogenous causes — non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular diseases, tumors, respiratory diseases and digestive system) borders the least significant mortality exogenous causes (accidents, injuries and poisoning, infectious diseases, etc.). The data pointed to differentiate between regions in terms of primary incidence, prevalence and accumulation index CVD. Between the primary indicators CVD incidence and prevalence of disease among this class of the population does not have reliable connections. In the accumulation of forming a CVD basis serves the primary disease. When analyzing the problems associated with CVD (morbidity, disability, mortality) at the regional level is advisable to use an integrated approach that involves the study not only quantitative indicators (incidence and prevalence) but also qualitative (accumulation index) compared to mortality CVD by taking into account the age structure of the population. Therefore, when analyzing health indicators in the regions, it was found that Ukraine is characterized by a significant difference in the mortality rates of CVD and in terms of incidence and prevalence by region, due to problems with early detection, treatment and prevention mortality from this class of diseases in the population.
