Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема професійно-особистісного самовдосконалення викладачів фізичного виховання у вищій медичній школі. Визначені поняття саморозвитку, самовиховання та самоосвіти педагога. Розглянуто значення сучасних педагогічних технологій фізичного виховання, здоров'язбереження та фізичної рекреації у професійній діяльності майбутнього лікаря. Обґрунтовано значення розвитку творчого потенціалу та підвищення рівня педагогічної культури у процесі самовдосконалення викладача вищої школи. The concepts of self-development, self-education and self-education of the teacher are defined. The importance of modern pedagogical technologies of physical education, healthcare and physical recreation in the professional activity of the future doctors is considered. The importance of the development of creative potential and raising the level of pedagogical culture in the process of self-improvement of the teacher of higher education is substantiated. Conditions of activation of professional and personal growth of teachers of physical education are determined. Significant changes in the pedagogical theory and educational practice of the educational process require constant professional and personal self-improvement of the teacher, in particular the teacher of physical education at the higher medical school. Improving the content and methods of the educational process, updating the components of the training of future physicians, need to master teachers with modern technologies of physical education, healthcare and physical recreation. Realization of the conditions for activating professional and personal self-improvement of the teacher of physical education at the higher medical school will promote improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of mastering modern pedagogical technologies, ensuring a high level of general and pedagogical culture, improvement of personal qualities necessary for professional activity and achievement of the goal - training highly qualified doctors who can not only treat patients effectively, but also and embody the principles of a healthy lifestyle and a valuable attitude to health on their own example. Therefore, the desire for a qualitative result of the preparation of the future doctor should be the main condition for activating the professional and personal self-improvement of the teacher of physical education, which also serves as a way of self-realization and assertion of the personality of the teacher.
