Ускладнення операції атипового видалення зуба мудрості

Abstract

Серед ускладнень операції атипового видалення зубів мудрості найпоширенішими є травмування слизової оболонки та шкіри кутів порожнини рота, альвеоліт і післяекстракційні гематоми. Спричиняють ці eскладнення тривалість оперативного втручання, непросте розташування та особливості кровопостачання цієї ділянки. Рідше трапляються злам інструмента із проштовхуванням уламків у м’які тканини, неповне видалення зуба, емфізема м’яких тканин. To analyze the complications of surgical removal of wisdom tooth and justify the reasons for their occurrence. Methods: During the 2012–2013 years 114 surgical removals of wisdom tooth was conducted, including 83 (72,8%) cases of retention, 10 (10,8%) – germ removal and dystopia – 21 (18,4%) cases. All operations are conducted on surgical tooth extraction with detached mucoperiosteal flap and using a drill for removal of bone and tooth separation. Results: Among the complications that were arised during the operation of surgical tooth extraction should be noted bleeding from soft tissues or alveolus of tooth, traumatic injury mucosa and skin of angle of the mouth, soft tissue emphysema, incomplete removal of tooth, breakage of armamentarium. After surgery, was diagnosed dry-socket, osteomyelitis of alveolus, neuritis of lingual or alveolar inferior nerves. Conclusions: Injury mucosa and skin of angle of mouth, dry-socket, postoperative bruise more often occurs among the complications of surgical removal of wisdom tooth. The duration of surgery, difficult access and features of the blood supply of oral tissues and jaws are causes of complications. The breakage of drill instruments and their pushing into the soft tissue, incomplete removal of tooth, soft tissue emphysema also occur.
