Особливості формування особистості лідера в студентському колективі

Abstract

Проаналізовано проблеми формування лідерських якостей студентів закладів вищої освіти, розглянуто історію розвитку проблеми лідерства, багатогранність поняття. Зазначено основні напрями формування необхідних особистісних, професійних і ділових якостей майбутнього спеціаліста. Указано шляхи покращення лідерських компетенцій студентів-іноземців.The article analyzes the problem of formation of students’ leadership qualities of higher education institutions; considers the history of leadership problem development in view of the issues’s multifaced nature. The main directions of formation of necessary qualities such as personal, professional and core competencies of the future specialist are specified. Ways of improving the leadership competencies of foreign students are outlined.
