Інтеграція документальних фото- та відеоматеріалів у післядипломній освіті лікарів інтернів за спеціальністю «Психіатрія»

Abstract

В сучасних умовах, відповідно постійному підвищенню рівня системи охорони здоров’я, стрімкого його реформування, необхідним є якісний рівень підготовки кадрів у післядипломній медичній освіті. Метою роботи було висвітлити досвід використання документальних фото- та відеоматеріалів при проведенні лекційних та семінарських занять з лікарями-інтернами за спеціальністю «Психіатрія» під час заочної частини інтернатури. Впровадження в теоретичну та практичну діяльність вищої школи, а саме в післядипломну освіту лікарів-інтернів сучасних інформаційних технологій з застосуванням документальних фото- та відеоматеріалів є суттєвим прогресивним кроком для розвитку у майбутніх лікарів компетентності, високого рівня клінічного мислення.

В современных условиях, соответственно постоянному повышению уровня системы здравоохранения, стремительного его реформирования, необходим качественный уровень подготовки кадров в последипломном медицинском образовании. Целью работы было продемонстрировать опыт использования документальных фото- и видеоматериалов при проведении лекционных и семинарских занятий с врачами-интернами по специальности «Психиатрия» во время заочной части интернатуры. Внедрение в теоретическую и практическую деятельность высшей школы, а именно в последипломное образование врачей-интернов современных информационных технологий с применением документальных фото- и видеоматериалов является существенным прогрессивным шагом для развития у будущих врачей компетентности, высокого уровня клинического мышления.

In modern conditions, in accordance with the constant improvement of the health care system, its rapid reform, a high-quality level of training in postgraduate medical education is necessary. An important issue is not only the personal understanding of his professional tasks, but also his orientation in public health problems in accordance with the multifactorial environment, adaptation to modern requirements of higher and postgraduate education. The quality of medical care depends on the training of specialists, which can be provided through a continuous educational process using modern methods. The objective of the educational process is unleashing the potential and possibilities of self and each student interns. The use of video materials is an integral part of lectures, seminars and practical classes. An important step in the training of personnel in seminars and practical classes is the use of documentary photo and video materials, which demonstrate not simulation, but the true elements of pathological processes. The aim was to highlight the experience of using documentary photos and videos during lectures and seminars on medical interns in specialty «Psychiatry» in the correspondence of the study at the Department of Psychiatry, Narcology and Medical Psychology Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy based utility «Regional institution on providing psychiatric care of the Poltava`s regional council». Training of specialists at the modern level is impossible without information and telecommunication technologies. The quality of the process of training interns depends on a whole set of components, including high-quality and clearly prepared lecture material, information for seminars with a clear justification of theoretical issues and practical skills. Multimedia, interactive learning tools allow the use of modern computer technology in the educational process – electronic learning materials, books, atlases, presentations, movies, tests, which makes learning more interesting, resulting in expanding the amount of information assimilated by interns. An integral part is the provision of demonstration images for a clearer explanation of pathological conditions, practice of practical skills, better mastering them. Patients – participants of the anti-terrorist operation were involved in the work (after obtaining personal informed consent), who were provided with documentary photo and video materials, allowed for demonstration in the classroom. These materials were performed by patients independently during their stay in the war zone. The provided materials contained genuine scenes of everyday life, emotional experiences, indirectly and directly demonstrated the clinical features of emotional disorders in this group of people. Classes are conducted according to the thematic plan, relevant regulations and guidelines. The theoretical material was designed by the teacher independently. As a result of the demonstration of documentary rather than demonstration materials, the interest of future psychiatrists in self-interviewing, patient supervision, drawing up a diagnosis and treatment plan, followed by discussion with the supervisor and the teacher, increased. Interns supported the introduction of documentary photo and video materials to improve the perception of material from the discipline. The process of modernization of training of interns is aimed at increasing the motivation to master the specialty. The introduction of modern information technologies in the theoretical and practical activities of higher education, namely in postgraduate education of doctors-interns with the use of documentary photo and video materials is a significant progressive step for the development of future doctors’ competence, high level of clinical thinking.
