Номінативне та фразеологічне поле концепту WAR у творі Ентоні Дорра “Все те незриме світло”

Abstract

На початку XX століття у світі різко змінилися міжнародні відносини. Як результат, у ході співпраці між збройними силами різних держав усе частіше виникають різні непорозуміння. Існує ризик, що носії різних світоглядів можуть витлумачити певні військові поняття (зокрема, лінгвокультурний концепт “війна”) іншим чином. Суб’єктивні дефініції і безліч варіантів розуміння одного і того ж концепту в різних мовах, як правило, породжують неоднозначність у тлумаченні та, як наслідок, суперечки серед учених і відсутність однозначного еквівалента. Рішення даної непростої проблеми неоднозначності слід шукати в етимології лінгвокультурного концепту “війна” і його лексичного поля. У роботі зроблена спроба розкриття концепту WAR у творі Ентоні Дорра “Все те незриме світло”.

At the beginning of the 20th century, international relations have dramatically changed in the world. As a result, a variety of misunderstandings are increasing in the course of cooperation between the armed forces of different countries. There is a risk that people of different worldviews may interpret certain military notions (in particular the linguocultural concept “war”) otherwise. Subjective definitions and many options of understanding of the same concept in different languages, as a rule, give rise to ambiguity in interpretation, and as a consequence, the debate among scientists and the lack of a clear equivalent. The solution of this complex problem of ambiguity must be sought in the etymology of the linguocultural concept “war” and its lexical field. In this work, an attempt is made to reveal the concept of “war” in the work of Anthony Doerr “All the light we cannot see”.
