Антагонизм Дюбуа в современных условиях

Abstract

Представлені результати дослідів співробітників кафедри терапевтичної стоматології ВДНЗУ «УМСА» спільно з даними робіт інших колег щодо дослідження показників карієсу і стану тканин пародонта. Установлено, що антагонізм Дюбуа в сучасних людей перестав спостерігатися в різних геокліматоетнічних зонах, при впливі різноманітних екологічних факторів, при всіляких станах психіки і соматики людини. Спільність етіології змушує звернути увагу на способи співіснування мікроорганізмів, які викликають карі- єс і пародонтит. Залежність захворюваності від умов життєдіяльності викликає необхідність ураховувати ці обставини при прогнозуванні профілактики і лікування карієсу та захворювань пародонта; Представлены результаты исследований сотрудников кафедры терапевтической стоматологии ВГУЗУ «УМСА» совместно с данными работ других коллег по исследованию показателей кариеса и состояния тканей пародонта. Установлено, что антагонизм Дюбуа у современных людей перестал наблюдаться в различных геоклиматоэтнических зонах, при воздействии различных экологических факторов, при все- возможных состояниях психики и соматики человека. Общность этиологии в возникновении указанных заболеваний заставляет обратить внимание на способы сосуществования микроорганизмов, которые вызывают кариес и пародонтит. Зависимость заболеваемости от условий жизнедеятельности вызывает необходимость учитывать эти обстоятельства при прогнозировании профилактики и лечения кариеса и заболеваний пародонта; The article presents the results of research indicators of caries and periodontal tissue status.
