Результати соціологічного опитування організаторів охорони здоров’я та лікарів з питань впровадження системи громадського здоров’я в Україні

Abstract

З використанням методу соціологічного дослідження було вивчення ставлення організаторів охорони здоров’я, лікарів загальної практики-сімейних лікарів та лікарів які надають вторинну та третинну медичну допомогу із усіх регіонів до створення в Україні системи громадського здоров’я. Встановлено, що переважна більшість респондентів підтримує створення в країні системи громадського здоров’я та готова співпрацювати з нею. Готовими працювати в системі громадського здоров’я є 39,5% організаторів охорони здоров’я, 43,4% лікарів загальної практики-сімейних лікарів та 41,4 лікарів, які надають вторинну та третинну медичну допомогу.

С использованием метода социологического исследования было изучено отношение организаторов здравоохранения, врачей общей практики-семейных врачей и которые оказывают вторичную и третичную медицинскую помощь со всех регионов к созданию в Украине системы общественного здоровья. Установлено, что превалирующее большинство респондентов поддерживает создание в стране системы общественного здоровья и готова к сотрудничеству с ней. Готовыми к работе в системе общественного здоровья являются 39,5% организаторов здравоохранения, 43,4% врачей общей практики-семейных врачей и 41,4 врачей, которые оказывают вторичную и третичную медицинскую помощь.

The work is performed within the framework of scientific-and-research project “Scientific support, monitoring and evaluation of models of health care development at regional level in Ukraine”, state registration № 0115U002852. Goal of research: to study the relation of the organizers of health care and doctors to the introduction of the system of public health in Ukraine. Object and methods of study. Sociological method was used in the course of study. Special application form was developed for the study. The cohort of the participants of sociological survey totaled to 340 organizers of health care, 356 general practitioners-family physicians and 201doctor who provide secondary and tertiary aid. The results of the survey were statistically processed. Results and their discussion. It was found in the course of study that the majority of respondents were aware of the creation of public health system in the country (from 60.7% of doctors who work in the cities to 87.8% of doctors working in rural areas) and supported its creation (from 50.8% doctors who work in the cities to 67.8% health organizers working in rural areas). Organizers of health care, general practitioners-family physicians and doctors respectively evaluate the possible results of the public health system implementation in the following way: improvement of the health of population: 57.7%, 42.0% and 44.2%; decrease of the mortality rate of the population of working age: 50.5%, 39.7% and 46.9%; increase of the level of sanitary-and-hygienic knowledge and sanitary-and-hygienic culture: 70.1% 56.8% and 52.8%; decrease of the incidence of infectious diseases including HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis: 51.9% 40.8% and 46.1%; increase of the biosafety level in the State: 45.3% 37.2% and 42.8%; improvement of the ecological situation in the country: 41.6%, 35.4% and 38.3%; enhancing the quality of life of the population: 38.5%, 36.0% and 39.2%; increase of the level of responsible attitude of the population to personal health: 59.6%, 49.0% and 49.2%; increase of the level of anti epidemic work: 58.8% 52.7% and 49.0%. 61.2% of the organizers of health care, 71.3% of general practitioners-family physicians and 70.6% of doctors find the level of theoretical personal training on the issues of public health to be sufficient. 49.1% 62.6% and 60.5%, respectively believe the level of practical training to be sufficient. The vast majority of the respondents supported the creation of public health system in the country and was ready to cooperate with it. 39.5% of the organizers of health care, 43.4% of general practitioners-family physicians and 41.4 doctors who provide secondary and tertiary medical aid were willing to work in public health system. Conclusions. The results of sociological survey among the organizers of health care, general practitioners-family physicians and doctors who provide secondary and tertiary medical aid in all regions of Ukraine demonstrated that the vast majority of them supported the creation of public health system in the country and was ready to cooperate with it. 39.5% of the organizers of health care, 43.4% of general practitioners-family physicians and 41.4 doctors who provide secondary and tertiary medical aid were willing to work in public health system.
