Роль самостійної роботи у процесі формування фахово орієнтованих компетентностей студентів ЗВО України

Abstract

Based on the conducted scientific and theoretical analysis of the peculiarities of the organization of unsupervised work of students in competence approach to the educational process, the paper substantiates the urgency of the problem of the formation of professionally-oriented competences of students in the process of designing, organizing and direct execution of unsupervised work, which is considered as a kind of educational and cognitive activity aimed at the active, productive learning of the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to carry out a professional activity of future experts and follow up formation of professional competences. Types of unsupervised work are distinguished depending on the planned didactic influences. The key meaning of the didactic tasks facing the educators of HEIs in the process of design and organization of unsupervised work is analyzed. The rationale of specifying the content and loading the tasks in the context of directing them to acquire the maximum possible amount of professionally meaningful material is substantiated.A teacher-student scheme is proposed that reflects the sequence and interconnection of the executive activities in the design, organization, execution and testing of unsupervised work. The necessity to form the motivation of students for the acquisition of professionally significant material is substantiated, to develop their potential ability to creative, systematic thinking, to raise awareness of responsibility for the timeliness of implementation and results of work. The scope and content of the preliminary instruction in the performance of unsupervised work necessary for the productive work of students is determined. The forms of tutorials are considered depending on the nature of the problems faced by the subjects of study. Didactic influences aimed at developing the students’ reflection are distinguished.

На основі проведеного науково-теоретичного аналізу особливостей організації самостійної роботи студентів за умови застосування компетентнісного підходу у навчально-виховному процесі, у статті обґрунтовується актуальність проблеми формування фахово орієнтованих компетентностей студентів у процесі проектування, організації та безпосереднього виконання самостійної роботи, яка розглядається як різновид навчальної та пізнавальної діяльності, спрямованої на активне, продуктивне засвоєння знань, умінь та навичок, необхідних у здійсненні професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців та формуванні на їх підґрунті фахових компетентностей. Аналізується ключовий сенс дидактичних задач, що постають перед викладачами ЗВО у процесі проектування та організації самостійної роботи. Виокремлюються дидактичні впливи, спрямовані на розвиток рефлексії студентів.
