Формування інформаційно-цифрової компетентності у студентів закладів вищої медичної освіти під час вивчення медичних інформаційних систем

Abstract

Мета. Розкрити роль та значення вивчення медичних інформаційних систем у формуванні професійних умінь майбутнього лікаря. Методи. Для досягнення поставленої мети використані методи обґрунтування, узагальнення, систематизація теоретичного та практичного матеріалу. Результати. У статті розглянуто проблему формування інформаційно-цифрової компетентності майбутніх лікарів під час вивчання дисципліни «Медична інформатика». Показано, що формування інформаційно-цифрової компетентності студентів медичних закладів освіти є однією з важливих компетентностей для сучасного лікаря. Відзначається, що на сьогодні формування інформаційно-цифрової компетентності студентів є актуальною у багатьох країнах. Розкрито специфіку використання медичних інформаційних систем у практичній діяльності майбутнього лікаря. Визначено класифікацію медичних інформаційних систем в залежності від типу задач, які вони розв’язують. Висвітлено складники кожної із зазначеної медичної інформаційної системи. Зазначено, що використання медичних інформаційних систем є доцільним як у процесі організації та надання медичних послуг населенню так і при проведенні медичних досліджень. Окреслено типи медичних інформаційних систем, які безпосередньо сприятимуть формуванню професійних умінь майбутнього лікаря. У статті подається визначення поняття «медичні інформаційні системи» як системи, що включає у себе програмно-технічний комплекс для забезпечення процесів збору, зберігання і обробки інформації в медицині й галузі охорони здоров’я.

Purpose. To reveal the role and importance of studying medical information systems in the formation of professional skills of a future doctor. Methods of substantiation, generalization, systematization of theoretical and practical material were used to achieve this goal. Results. The article deals with the problem of the formation of information-digital competence of future doctors while studying the discipline "Medical Informatics". It is shown that the formation of information-digital competence of medical students is one of the most important competencies for a modern doctor. It is noted that today the formation of information and digital competence of students is relevant in many countries. The specificity of the using of medical information systems in the practice of a future doctor was disclosed. The classification of medical information systems is determined depending on the type of tasks that they solve. The components of each of the specified medical information system are highlighted. It is noted that the using of medical information systems is advisable both in the process of organizing and providing medical services to the population and during medical research. The types of medical information systems that help to form the professional skills of a future doctor have been identified. The article provides a definition of the concept of "medical information systems" as a system that includes a software and hardware complex to ensure the collection, storage and processing of information in medicine and healthcare. Conclusions. It has been established that the using of medical information systems in the study of medical informatics will help to increase the effectiveness of the formation of professional skills of a future doctor. Also it will help to increase the level of organization of professional activity, it will help rationally use their working time, improve work planning, drawing up various forms of reporting and will free from routine work. The study of various types of medical information systems in practical classes in medical informatics has a positive effect on self-development, motivation, improving the formation of information-digital competence.
