Abstract: | Враховуючи значні навантаження, які мають студенти впродовж навчального процесу, зокрема, у особливій епідситуації в умовах пандемії з необхідністю тривалого використання різноманітних засобів комунікації та технічних пристроїв, що часто супроводжується відвертою гіподинамією, необхідно приділяти велику увагу фізичному стану студентів, їх фізичному вихованню та підтриманню здоров’я. Given the significant workload of students during the educational process, in particular, in a special epidemic situation in a pandemic with the need for long-term use of various means of communication and technical devices, often accompanied by outright hypodynamics, it is necessary to pay close attention to physical condition, physical education and health of the students. |
