Дотримання принципів гуманізму в підготовці майбутніх лікарів

Abstract

У наш час зростає роль і значення джерел впливу на свідомість громадян, здатних продукувати позитивні емоції. Роль доброго, виваженого слова, спрямованого на покращення психоемоційного стану пацієнта, зараз важко переоцінити. Особливо високі моральні вимоги пред являються до роботи лікаря. Це пов'язано з тим, що між лікарем і пацієнтом складаються специфічні взаємини, які не властиві жодній іншій професії. Доволі важким є виховання майбутніх лікарів гуманістами, закріплення у їх свідомості гуманістичних поглядів, а через них і набуття лікарської майстерності та мистецтва лікування. Надмірні зусилля педагогічних колективів закладів вищої медичної освіти утримати виховний процес у річищі гуманізму, численні приклади людяності, любові до людей, патріотичних вчинків заради втілення у життя гуманістичних переконань із багатої нашої історії, зараз майже не діють. Однак, виховання майбутніх лікарів, їхнє навчання, формування з них громадських діячів та патріотів значно спроститься при зміцненні держави, покращенні добробуту всієї спільноти, першою чергою, носіїв гуманної професії - лікарів.

Nowadays, the role and importance of sources of influence on the minds of citizens who are able to generate positive emotions is growing. The role of a kind, balanced word aimed at improving the patient's psycho-emotional state is now difiicult to exaggerate. Particularly high moral requirements are placed on the work of a doctor. This is due to the fact that there is a specific relationship between the doctor and the patient, which is not observed in any to her profession. It is quite difiicult to educate future doctors as humanists, to enshrine humanistic views in their minds, and through them to acquire hospital skills and the art of treatment. Excessive efi’orts of pedagogical teams of higher medical education to keep the educational process in line with humanism, numerous examples of humanity, love for people, patriotic actions to implement humanistic beliefs fiom our rich history, are now almost inefi’ective. However, the education of future doctors, their training, the formation of public figures and patriots fiom them will be greatly simplified by strengthening the state, improving the welfare of the whole community and, above all, the bearers of the humane profession - doctors.
