Формування лідерських навичок майбутніх фахівців у закладах вищої і фахової передвищої освіти

Abstract

The article considers a new understanding of the essence of the phenomena “leadership” and “leadership skills” and the theoretical foundations of leadership skills through an individual approach to the training of future professionals in higher and professional higher education. It is proposed to include the integration of individual training in the professional activity of future specialists-leaders to the mentioned theoretical bases. It is determined that the training of future professionals as leaders in team leadership is a socio-pedagogical system that helps students in higher and professional higher education institutions to master three basic leadership skills: diagnosing the level of staff development, flexibility and partnership. It was found that by organizing individual training of leadership professionals, three more basic leadership skills are formed "in themselves" - to challenge the accepted limitations, to determine the levels of their power and to cooperate for the sake of success. Accepted limitations, which are beliefs based on past experience that limit the current and future opportunities of the student in a higher or professional higher education institution. It is determined that the future specialist in higher or professional higher education should learn to increase the sources of their own power, especially the power of knowledge (good knowledge of their own business, computers, foreign languages, etc.), personal power (developing their personality and interpersonal skills). It was found that the ability to cooperate for success is to find the initiative to get support from colleagues who also seek to achieve the same goal, especially in achieving better results; To become an effective leader, the future professional must master the ability to establish partnerships, which will best promote a productive dialogue between him and employees. It is proved that the effective formation of leadership skills should occur at all four levels: self-management; individual colleagues; team (team) and organization.

Державна програма розвитку закладів вищої і фахової передвищої освіти ставить метою набуття майбутніми фахівцями здатності ефективного реагування на світову тенденцію переходу від індустріальної моделі розвитку до інформаційної, що викликає зміни мети, змісту, функцій і завдань діяльності сучасного фахівця. Це вимагає належної підготовки фахівця-професіонала, який, окрім фахової підготовки, володіє комплексом лідерських навичок. Важливе значення мають інноваційне мислення, організаторські здібності, комунікативні навички, ініціативність, рішучість, дисциплінованість тощо. Підготовку до лідерства у колективі розглядаємо як соціально-педагогічну систему, що сприяє опануванню студентами трьома базовими навичками: проведенні діагностування розвитку колективу працівників, гнучкістю й партнерством. Формування означених лідерських навичок у студентів зможе у майбутньому забезпечити Україну висококваліфікованими конкурентоздатними фахівцями.
