Abstract

Резюме. Проведено дослідження ефективності адаптованої молочної суміші «Малютка premium 3» з пребіотиками і нуклеотидами для вигодовування дітей з 12-ти місяців з функціональними розладами травлення. Результати клінічної апробації смеси показали, що її застосування є оптимальним в умовах організації профілактичної допомоги дітям після 12-ти місяців, а також дітям, які потребують профілактики або лікування мінімальних шлунково-кишкових дисфункцій; Резюме. Proper nutrition of infant children is the foundation of health formation both in childhood and in adults. Intensive growth and development of the child’s body aged from 1 to 3 year old is characterized by a high level of needs for essential nutrients and energy. Protein is very important functional and structural component of cells. The question of the necessity for protein is closely related to its qualitative characteristics. Milk protein (lactoprotein) forits biological value exceeds other food proteins. As a result, the child’s body needs a certain level of lactoprotein consumption. Recently, an increased focus to ensure the children’s health during their first year life by dairy products in the world there is a tendency to identify special milk substitutes, the composition of which is aimed for children before 3 years old. According nutritionists, the use of growing-up milk (modified cow’s milk) allows providing a significant part of the body’s needs for children by important nutrients. At present in our country public company “Khorolskyi milk canning plant of children’s products” deals with the children’s growing-up milk (infant formula) “Baby premium 3” which contains prebiotics and nucleotides for babies from 12 months, which satisfies European requirements for child nutrition. The infant formula is made of the highest quality milk. Evaporated milk formula “Baby premium 3” which contains prebiotics and nucleotides has the same composition as breast’s milk and considers the increased needs for the children of the second and third year of life.The aim of the investigation was to analyze study and give an objective assessment of the clinical efficacy of the milk formula “Baby premium 3” which contains prebiotics and nucleotides for infant children. Physical and neuropsychological developments became the indicators of criteria effectiveness. Main clinical manifestations presented loss of appetite, allergies, digestive disorders (constipation, diarrhea), and weight loss. Laboratory tests presented (blood test, urine analysis, coprogram (stool test), and feces test before and after milk formula administration). It has been manifested milk formula “Baby premium 3” is milk formula which supplies nondairy diet, covers lack of those nutrients which are absent in cow’s milk (zinc, iron, selenium, iodine, vitamins A, D, C, carotenoids), assists in brain development, possesses prebiotic properties (contains fructosaccharides and galacto-oligosaccharides), improves organism resistance (antioxidants, nucleotides) and has taste properties. It has been demonstrated the role of functional nutrition and normal functions of gastrointestinal tract in infant children. Results have demonstrated milk formula use is the best possible for preventive measures for infant children, and also children who need prevention or treatment of digestive disorders.
