| Abstract: | Сімейний лікар повинен знати генетичні особливості кожної родини та використовувати сучасні фармакогенетичні дослідження для визначення раціо нальної фармакотерапії. Па прикладі дослідження особливостей реакції осіб з різними поліморфними варіан тами гена рецептора ангіотензину II першого типу(АТ2Р) на блокатор цих рецепторів кандесартан пояс нюються переваги диференційованого застосування фармакотерапії артеріальної гіпертензії (АГ). A family physician must know the genetic features of every family and make use of modem pharmacoge- netic research to determine rational pharmacotherapy. The advantages of using pharmacotherapy of arterial hypertension (AH) are explained by means of investigating the specific characteristics of the reaction of persons with different polymor phic variants of the gene of the receptor of angiotensin II of type I (ATIR) on the blocker of these receptors - candesartan. |
