Ефективність використання індивідуального іригатора Silonite в комплексній терапії пародонтопатій

Abstract

В статті наведено результати клінічного дослідження ефективності використання індивідуального іригатора Silonite в комплексній терапії захворювань пародонта. Аналіз отриманих даних обумовлює перспективи подальшого його застосування в практичній стоматології з проведенням більш поглиблених наукових досліджень в цьому напрямку.В статье приведены результаты клинического иссследования эффективности использования индивидуального ирригатора Silonite в комплексной терапии заболеваний пародонта. Анализ полученных данных обуславливает перспективы дальнейшего его использования в практической стоматологии с проведением более углублённых научных исследований в этом направлении.We have been interested by individual irrigator (II) Silonite (Silonite®, Dacotan, Israel), that is connected to a centralized water supply and, additionally to the effect of water irrigation, contains 5 ml chlorhexidine gel, filled into special slot. Consequently, our own investigation has been made, aimed at evaluation of its clinical effectiveness in periodontal practice. Application of individual irrigator Silonite with chlorhexidine gel in combination therapy of patients with GP of I-II degree contributes to rapid suppression of symptoms of inflammation, density of the vascular wall and the stimulation of local host defense. Positive clinical outcome is achieved at an average of 2 sessions earlier than in treatment without irrigator. Application of individual irrigator Silonite with chlorhexidine gel in combination therapy of acute catarrhal gingivitis contributes to regeneration of the affected area 4-6 days earlier than in traditional treatment of the pathology. The suggested approaches are notable for effectiveness, simplicity and accessibility, opening the new perspectives for their widespread implementation into clinical therapeutic dental practice.
