Abstract: Development of prevention programme and PrEP implementation in key population groups are highly important to achieve control of HIV epidemic especially in such a critical period for Ukraine. Despite significant disruptions in the provision of HIV prevention programme in the regions with military actions in Ukraine, through collaborative efforts the Center for Public Health and nongovernment organisations with the support of international partners, implementation of PrEP programme was able to continue in Ukraine. We aimed to assess of recruitment dynamics of new PrEP clients and changes in their geographic distribution in Ukraine during period of military actions.
