Інтеграції вищої освіти України у міжнародний освітній простір шляхом цифровізації в умовах військового стану

Abstract

Метою даної статті є розкриття поняття «цифровізації вищої освіти» на сучасному етапі для подальшої інтеграції закладів вищої освіти у міжнародний простір, враховуючи військовий стан в Україні в наслідок російської агресії. Для досягнення поставленої мети були використані методи систематизації теоретичного та практичного матеріалу, його обґрунтування, узагальнення. Проаналізовано загальноєвропейську стратегію єдиного освітнього простору направлену на вдосконалення підготовки конкурентоздатності та висококваліфікованих професійних кадрів, виокремлено її основні напрямки: загальний, постійний доступ до навчання, розробка ефективних методів викладання, самоосвіти, легкий доступ до високоякісної інформації, надання навчальних знань за допомогою інформаційних технологій. Зазначено виклики що постали перед системою вищої освіти України в наслідок російського вторгнення, а саме: знищення інфраструктури закладів вищої освіти, переміщення на нових містах розташування, скорочення фінансування, мобільність здобувачів вищої освіти, питання дотримання принципів академічної доброчесності. Запропоновано шляхи вирішення наведених проблем шляхом подальшого впровадження електронного навчання, створення єдиного освітнього інформаційного середовища, цифрової трансформації освітнього закладу для збереження конкурентоздатності у міжнародному просторі з метою ефективного керування закладами, навчальним процесом. Наведено основні напрямки цифрових трансформацій у вищій освіті: використання більшої кількості цифрових інструментів для роботи зі здобувачами освіти, збір даних, їх обробка, автоматизацію робочих процесів між різними структурами, відділами для швидкої роботи, для самостійної роботи здобувачів освіти. Запропоновано напрямки реалізації цифровізації освітніх закладів: використання платформ Moodle, Google Class, електронного документообігу, створення цифрових кабінетів викладачів і здобувачів освіти. Визначено основні компоненти цифровізації: цифрова наука, цифрова освіта, цифровий менеджмент і маркетинг, цифрова інфраструктура.

The purpose of this article is to reveal the concept of "digitalization of higher education" at the current stage for the further integration institutions of higher education into the international area, taking into account the martial law in Ukraine as a result of russian aggression. To achieve the goal, methods of systematization of theoretical and practical material, its justification, and generalization were used. The pan-European strategy of a single educational area aimed at improving the training of competitive and highly qualified professional staff is analyzed, its main directions are highlighted: general, permanent access to learning, development of effective teaching methods, self-education, easy access to high-quality information, provision of educational knowledge with the help of information technologies. The challenges faced by the higher education system of Ukraine as a result of the russian invasion are indicated, namely: the damage of infrastructure of higher education institutions, the relocation to new places, the reduction of funding, the mobility of higher education students, the issue of compliance with the principles of academic integrity. Ways to solve these problems through further implementation of e-learning, creation of a unified educational information environment, digital transformation of an educational institution in order to maintain competitiveness in the international area with the aim of effective management of institutions and the educational process are proposed. The main directions of digital transformations in higher education are given: the use of more digital tools for working with education seekers, data collection, their processing, automation of work processes between different structures, departments for quick work, for independent work of education seekers. Directions for digitalization of educational institutions are proposed: use of Moodle, Google Class platforms, electronic document management, creation the personal digital cabinets of teachers and students. The main components of digitization are defined: digital science, digital education, digital management and marketing, digital infrastructure.
