Питання методів та методології дослідження філософської герменевтики

Abstract

У даній статті було досліджено та проаналізовано питання методів та методології дослідження філософської герменевтики. З’ясовано, що особливо складно застосовувати метод або набір процедур для розгляду самого герменевтичного методу. Ситуація нагадує рекурсію в логіці, коли необхідно створювати опис або давати визначення досліджуваного об’єкта всередині нього самого, тобто досліджуваний об’єкт виявляється частиною власного опису. Це звісно ж не означає, що смисловий простір методів та методології герменевтичної філософії є принциповим хаосом, коли все пов’язане одне з одним. Завданням герменевтики є швидше за все не встановлення системи між живими елементами смислу, але розв’язування, розплутування численних коренів смислів і семантичних зв’язків між ними. Проте навіть у разі відсутності чіткої системи в історії формування герменевтичного смислового простору ми прагнули надати нашому розгляду системний характер, простежуючи тонкі зв’язки і пункти перетину між різними метотодами, авторами та концепціями, оскільки всі вони в кінцевому підсумку додавали ті чи інші компоненти для формування цілісної картини.

The publication actualizes the issue of modern medical education which cannot be considered outside of the general cultural problems of society and humans. The work contains an overview of legal acts, in particular the Strategy of Medical Education Development in Ukraine approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 95-p dd. 27 February 2019 which emphasizes the necessity to synchronize the processes related to the implementation of many reforms in the field of the health care in Ukraine, changes in the system of medical workers training in order to ensure the improvement of the quality of treatment and medical care of patients. The article illustrates the aspects of medical education humanization which involves the close integration of general theoretical, special clinical and sociohumanitarian disciplines. The analysis of the foreign scientists experience on the issue of the social and humanitarian knowledge place and role in the system of the future doctor training was carried out. Also, the authors emphasize the fact that the improvement of the humanitarianization process of medical education can only proceed through the intensification of the educational process. For this, for example, the Poltava State Medical University, in addition to the traditional educational disciplines of the general training course "Philosophy", "Ukrainian language (for professional purpose)", "Foreign language (for professional purpose)", "Latin language and medical terminology", "History of medicine", "Medical law of Ukraine" (course of professional training) offers for the students such subjects as "Ethics and deontology", "Democracy: philosophy and mechanisms", optional courses "Professional communications. Key competencies", "Science of Law", "Fundamentals of Leadership", etc. That allows not only the provision of continuous humanitarian education during the entire period of study but also the profiling of the last one.
