Ресурси оновлення топонімійної медичної терміносфери галузі «Інфектологія»

Abstract

Серед актуальних проблем сучасної ономастики важливе місце посідає дослідження топоніміки. Топонімічне походження медичних термінів приховано в їх словотворі, що імітує класичну модель побудови клінічних термінів на основі терміноелементів греко-латинського походження. Але терміни-топоніми є малоінформативними тому, що їх структура не відображає головні ознаки медичного концепта. Часто термін-топонім створюють для наукового пізнання, таким чином в основу номінації закладають візуальні та поверхові ознаки того чи іншого явища. Об ’єктом дослідження є пропріальна лексика у медичній терміносфері фахової мови галузі «Інфектологія». Досліджуваний пласт лексики є значним, що також говорить не лише про складність вибірки, а й про унікальну можливість порівняння певних динамічних і еволюційних процесів у кожній із підсистем зазначеної галузі.

Among the current problems of modern onomastics, the study of toponymy is of great importance. The topical origin of medical terms is hidden in their vocabulary, which imitates the classical model of building clinical terms based on term elements of Greek-Latin origin. But toponym terms are uninformative because their structure does not reflect the main features of the medical concept. Often the term Toponym is created for scientific knowledge, thus the nomination is based on visual and superficial signs of one or another phenomenon. The object of research is the proper vocabulary in the medical terminology of the specialized language of the field «Infectology». The studied layer of vocabulary is significant, which also speaks not only about the complexity of the sample, but also about the unique possibility of comparing certain dynamic and evolutionary processes in each of the subsystems of the specified field.
