Анотація
У статті проаналізовані можливості цифрових інструментів Google для організації освітнього процесу в Україні в умовах війни. Зазначено, що сьогодні, в умовах повномасштабного російського вторгнення, коли очне навчання здобувачів освіти фактично неможливе, дистанційне навчання стало єдиною доступною формою в системі освіти. Розглянуто переваги та недоліки дистанційної освіти; відмічено, що подолання недоліків уможливлюється багаторічним практичним використанням цієї форми не лише як допоміжної та однієї з побічних, а як можливо рівної класичній формі здобуття освіти. Зазначено, що дистанційне навчання неможливе без використання цифрових інструментів, адже використання їхніх можливостей збагачує традиційні методи навчання новими формами подання навчальної інформації і способами взаємодії, що характеризуються динамізмом та мобільністю. Встановлено, що правильна організація дистанційного навчання дає змогу ефективно досягати освітніх цілей через візуалізацію процесу вирішення педагогічної проблеми, швидкий пошук інформації на основі вільного доступу до джерел інформації, оперативну обробку досить великих обсягів даних, створення індивідуальних
навчальних завдань для кожного здобувача освіти. Розглянуто найпоширеніші у вітчизняних ЗВО цифрові інструменти Google. Зазначено, що використання цифрових елементів Google дає змогу оптимізувати навчальний процес, надати йому динамічності та інтерактивності, підвищити цікавість
охочих до навчання завдяки єдиній системі реєстрації та максимальній доступності у всесвітній інформаційній мережі.
The article analyzes the capabilities of Google’s digital tools for organizing the educational process in Ukraine during the war. It is noted that today, in the conditions of a full-scale Russian invasion, when face-to-face training of education seekers is virtually impossible, distance learning has become the only available form in the education system. Advantages and disadvantages of distance education are considered. It is noted that overcoming the shortcomings becomes possible through the long-term practical use of this form not only as an auxiliary and one of the side ones, but as possible equal to the classical form of obtaining an education. It is noted that distance learning is impossible without the use of digital tools, because the use of their capabilities enriches traditional teaching methods with new forms of presentation of educational information and methods of interaction characterized by dynamism and mobility. It has been established that the correct organization of distance learning allows you to effectively achieve educational goals by visualizing the process of solving a pedagogical problem, quickly searching for information based on free access to information sources, quickly processing large amounts of information, and creating individual educational tasks for each student. The most common digital tools of Google in domestic higher education institutions were considered. It is noted that the use of Google’s digital elements makes it possible to optimize the educational process, give it dynamism and interactivity, increase the interest of those willing to study thanks to a unified registration system and maximum availability in the worldwide information network. Teachers of higher ducation institutions need to apply and improve skills in mastering Google’s digital tools when organizing and implementing the educational process in a distance format. Realization of the capabilities of Google’s digital tools allows the most productive use of the author’s electronic educational resources in the educational process.
