Цифрова трансформація наукової діяльності в закладах вищої медичної освіти в умовах євроінтеграції

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню цифрової трансформації наукової діяльності в закладах вищої медичної освіти в умовах євроінтеграції. Відзначено, що у загальному вигляді під цифровою трансформацією науки можна розуміти зміну під впливом цифрових технологій усіх аспектів суспільних відносин, пов'язаних з виробництвом, оборотом та використанням наукових знань: від «робочих інструментів» дослідників до моделей управління науково-інноваційним розвитком, від культури та психології наукової праці до принципів взаємодії науки із суспільством, державою та бізнесом. Значна частина процесів пов'язана з оцифруванням інформації та цифровізацією різних сторін діяльності науковців. Цифровізація, як і будь-які технологічні рішення, має двоякий характер і може мати як позитивний, так і негативний вплив. Також визначено, що цифрова трансформація у сфері освіти і науки — це комплексна робота з побудови екосистеми цифрових рішень у сфері освіти і науки, яка включає створення безпечного електронного освітнього середовища, забезпечення необхідної цифрової інфраструктури закладів освіти і науки, підвищення рівня цифрових компетентностей, трансформацію процесів та сервісів, автоматизацію збору та аналізу даних. Зазначено, що цифровізація наукової діяльності у закладах вищої медичної освіти є одним із найважливіших векторів реформування та модернізації глобального освітнього середовища. Цифрові технології дають змогу інтенсифікувати освітній процес, зробити його мобільним, різноманітним та адаптованим до реалій сьогодення. Важливо відмітити, що завдяки цифровим технологіям забезпечується безперервність освіти в умовах пандемій та збройних конфліктів.

The article is devoted to the study of the digital transformation of scientific activity in institutions of higher medical education in the conditions of European integration. It is noted that in the most general form, the digital transformation of science can be understood as a change under the influence of digital technologies in all aspects of social relations related to the production, circulation and use of scientific knowledge, from the «working tools» of researchers to the management models of scientific and innovative development , from the culture and psychology of scientific work to the principles of the interaction of science with society, the state, and business. A significant part of the processes is related to digitization of information and digitization of various aspects of scientists' activities. Digitization, like any technological solutions, has a dual nature and can be accompanied by both positive and negative effects. It is also determined that digital transformation in the field of education and science is a comprehensive work on building an ecosystem of digital solutions in the field of education and science, including the creation of a safe electronic educational environment, providing the necessary digital infrastructure of educational and scientific institutions, increasing the level of digital competences, transforming processes and services, automation of data collection and analysis. It is noted that digitalization of scientific activities in institutions of higher medical education is one of the most important vectors of reforming and modernizing the global educational environment. Digital technologies make it possible to intensify the educational process, make it mobile, diverse and adapted to today's realities. And most importantly, digital technologies make it possible to ensure the continuity of education in the conditions of pandemics and armed conflicts.
