Шляхи підвищення ефективності протирецидивної терапії виразкової хвороби дванадцятипалої кишки

Abstract

У дисертаційній роботі представлені результати п'ятирічного дослідження ступеня заселеності слизової оболонки Helicobacter pylori, імунологічних показників, ПОЛ та показників антиоксидантного захисту у хворих на виразкову хворобу дванадцятипалої кишки у процесі профілактичного лікування . Встановлено, що рецидивування виразкової хвороби дванадцятипалої кишки відзначається комплексом змін, які характеризуються зростанням ступеня заселеності слизової оболонки антрального відділу шлунка і цибулини дванадцятипалої кишки Helicobacter pylori на фоні зниження ступеня імунного та антиоксидантного захисту. Розроблено і впроваджено комплекс заходів профілактики рецидивів виразкової хвороби дванадцятипалої кишки, який включає поєднане застосування антихелікобактерних (бісмофальк, суміш електролітичного розчину срібла і спиртового розчину прополісу), імунологічних (екстракт плаценти) та антиоксидантних (флакуміну) засобів.

In the thesis there were represented the results of investigations of Helicobacter pylori mucous membrane population degree, immuni indexes, POL and indexes of antioxidant activity in patients who were suffering from the ulcerous disease of the duodenum. It was revealed that the recurring of the duodenum ulcerous disease is determined by the complex of alterations which are characterized by the increasing of the population degree in mucous membrane of the antral section of the stomach and the bulb of duodenum Helicobacter pylori on the backgraund of the decreasing of the degree of the immuni and antioxidant protection. There was worked out and inculcated the complex of methods of the recurrences of the duodenum ulcerous disease which include the united use of antichelicobacter (bysmophalk, mixture of the electrolytic silver and propolis spirit solutions), immune (placenta extract) and antioxidant (flacumin) preparations.
