Формування комунікативних компетенцій майбутніх педіатрів

Abstract

В статті висвітлено поняття комунікативної компетенції, її місце серед фахових компетенцій медичного працівника, оскільки вона виступає інтегральною якістю, що синтезує у собі загальну культуру та її специфічні прояви у професійній діяльності лікаря. Вказано компоненти комунікативної компетенції. На думку авторів статті комунікативну компетентність можна розглядати як характеристику якісної підготовки фахівців, набуття здобувачами освіти певного комплексу комунікативних фахових знань, вміння їх використовувати в практичній діяльності. Комунікативна культура лікаря включає знання і вміння володіння мовою, правила мовної поведінки, дотримання соціальних норм спілкування. У педіатрії взаємовідносини лікаря та пацієнта і його родини мають особливе значення, пов’язане з різними етапами психічного розвитку дитини. Особливу увагу приділено питанням комунікування з хворими дітьми та їх родинами, оскільки від лікаря-педіатра, від його комунікативних навичок залежить ефективність лікування і психічне здоров’я дитини. З урахуванням сучасних вимог до лікаря-педіатра зроблено акцент на ключовій ролі викладача в становленні майбутнього фахівця. Таким чином, оволодіння комунікативними компетенціями є невід ’ємною складовою фахової підготовки майбутніх лікарів.

The article highlights the concept of communicative competence, its place among the professional competences of a medical worker, as it acts as an integral quality that includes the general culture and its specific manifestations in the professional activity of a doctor. The components of communicative competence are specified. According to the authors of the article, communicative competence can be considered as a characteristic of high-quality specialist's training, the acquisition of a certain set o f communicative professional knowledge by students, and the ability to use them in practical activities. The doctor's communicative culture includes knowledge and ability to speak the language, rules of language behavior, and compliance with social norms of communication. In pediatrics, the relationship between the doctor and the patient and his family is of special importance, related to the various stages of the child's mental development. Special attention is paid to the issues of communication with sick children and their families, since the effectiveness of treatment and the child's mental health depend on the pediatrician and his communication skills. Taking into account modern requirements for a pediatrician, emphasis is placed on the key role of the teacher in the formation of a future specialist. Thus, the mastery of communication skills is an integral part of the professional training of future doctors.
