Семантичне поле «Нейронаука» на матеріалі серіалу Доктор Гауз

Abstract

У цій статі досліджується поняття семантичного поля, тематичної групи та лексико-семантичної групи і також розглядається семантичне поле «нейронаука» на матеріалі серіалу Доктор Гауз. Семантичне поле є сукупністю лексичних одиниць, пов’язаних між собою семантично. В західній лінгвістиці семантичне поле розглядається як діахронічне та семантико-негативне явище. В арабській лінгвістиці семантичне поле навпаки розглядається як явище синхронічне і семантико-позитивне. Тематична група є поняттям вужчим від семантичного поля і в цілому позначає ту саму сукупність лексичних одиниць, пов’язаних між собою семантично, але ці одиниці охоплюють вже вужчу тему. Лексико-семантична група відрізняється від попередніх тим, що її компоненти подібні ще й структурно, тобто вони є або іменниками, або дієсловами, або фразами однакової структури, тощо. У ході дослідження скриптів серіалу Доктор Гауз було виявлено, що семантичне поле «нейронаука» складається з двох тематичних груп і чотирьох лексико-семантичних груп, з яких найчисельнішою виявилась лексико-семантична група «Parts of nervous system», а найменш чисельною – ЛСГ «Diseases, affecting nervous system».This article explores the concepts of semantic field, thematic group, and lexical-semantic group and also examines the semantic field "neuroscience" on the material of “House MD” series. A semantic field is a set of lexical items that are semantically related to each other. In Western linguistics, the semantic field is seen as a diachronic and semantically negative phenomenon. In Arabic linguistics, on the contrary, the semantic field is considered to be a synchronic and semantically positive phenomenon. A thematic group is a narrower concept than a semantic field and generally refers to the same set of lexical items that are semantically related to each other, but these items cover a narrower topic. A lexical-semantic group differs from the previous ones: its components are not just semantically, but also structurally similar, i.e. they are either nouns, verbs, phrases of the same structure, etc. In the course of the study of the scripts of the “House MD” series, it was found that the semantic field "neuroscience" consists of two thematic groups and four lexical-semantic groups, of which the most numerous was the lexical-semantic group "Parts of the nervous system", and the least numerous was the LSG "Diseases affecting the nervous system".
