Abstract: Romania is known to be a member of the European Union, and due to the support of the World Health Organization, the United Nations and the European Union Commission, the level of healthcare in the state has increased. Therefore, the experience of Western countries, where the field of health care, including medical rehabilitation, is successfully working and developing is extremely important for our country. Doctors of a certain specialization, for example, an orthopedist, an oncologist, a pulmonologist, etc., can recommend the services of a psychologist or a physiotherapist to insured persons, provided that the specialized outpatient clinic where the doctor works has the appropriate qualifications, or enter into a contract with a provider of psychological or physiotherapy services.
