Результати лікування поверхневого карієсу тимчасових зубів у дітей

Abstract

З метою вивчення ефективності застосування препарату «Глуфторед» проведене дослідження 16 дітей 3 – 4-річного віку з проявами первинного апроксимального гострого поверхневого карієсу. Результати проведених нами досліджень доводять високу клінічну ефективність застосування препарату «Глуфторед» для лікування поверхневого карієсу тимчасових зубів, що є підставою для його успішного використання у клініці дитячої стоматології; С целью изучения эффективности применения препарата «Глуфторэд» проведено исследование 16 детей 4 – 4-летнего возраста с проявлениями первичного апроксимального острого поверхностного кариеса. Examine the effectiveness of the drug «Gluftored» for the treatment of superficial caries of temporary teeth in children. To solve this problem has been studied 16 children 3-4 years old with acute manifestations of primary approximal superficial caries on the incisors of the upper jaw, which lives in Poltava. For impregnation treatment of temporary teeth used the drug «Gluftored» VladMiVa company. Before using «Gluftored» performed cleaning surfaces of teeth from plaque using special means, necrectomy carious hard tissue of teeth by sharp excavating, cleaning the surfaces of the teeth with distilled water and air. The sequence of applying the components of the drug in the treatment of temporary teeth were as follows: suspension — liquid — suspension. First, cavities carefully treated with a suspension of calcium hydroxide for 1 minute, then dried by air jet treated liquid with fluorine and copper ions for 1 minute, removed excess liquid with a dry cotton swab, re-treated cavities suspension of calcium hydroxide over the same period of time and washed with distilled water. To fix the effect the procedure was repeated after 2 weeks. The treatment was carried out twice a year. During dynamic monitoring for all children was recommended oral hygiene using toothpaste «Biocalcium» Splat company. Efficiency of «Gluftored» visually evaluated after six and twelve months after completion of therapy. Six months after the completion of a course of therapy in all children the progression of caries process have been identified, hard tissue color has not changed. During a follow-up visit children at 12 months after treatment were obtained following results: the stabilization of caries was found in 93,75% of children, in 6.25% of children observed deterioration which manifest by increasing in the size of cavities. Color hard tooth tissues in all cases diagnosed unchanged. The results of our research indicate a high clinical efficacy of «Gluftored» drug for the treatment of superficial caries of deciduous teeth, it is the basis for its successful use in the pediatric dentistry clinic.
