Abstract

Спосіб визначення чутливості Staphylococcus epidermidis до дії антисептиків включає проведення дослідження на мікробному інокулюму за стандартом мутності McFarland та інкубування протягом доби при температурі 35-36 С. Як досліджувані культури мікроорганізмів використовують типові штами Staphylococcus epidermidis ATCC 14990 та клінічні ізоляти мікроорганізмів Staphylococcus epidermidis шляхом приготування мікробного інокулюма, яким просочують стерильний ватний тампон, і рівномірно наносять інокулят штриховими рухами на всю поверхню агару в трьох напрямках, повертаючи чашку Петрі для отримання суцільного газону. Визначення проводять на середовищі МюлераХінтона. Як антисептики використовують розчини Декасану, Хлоргексидину, 5 % спиртовий розчин Йодоформу, якими просочують паперові диски, і наносять стерильним пінцетом не пізніше 15 хв. після інокуляції агару.
