Лечение флюороза зубов

Abstract

На основании изучения электрического сопротивления твердых тканей зубов предложена классификация флюороза зубов, согласно которой выделяют 2 формы – лёгкая (І-ІІ степени ) и тяжелая (ІІІ-ІV степени ). Отбеливание зубов при ІІ степени флюороза целесообразно проводить с помощью отбеливающих средств и электорофореза хлористого кальция. При тяжелой форме флюороза (ІІІ-ІV степени ) отбеливание зубов следует проводить лишь после улучшения процесса минерализации твёрдых тканей зубов; On the basis of study of the electrical resistance of the hard dental tis¬sues the author suggests a classification scheme of dental fluorosis with division into 2 forms: mild (of the I and II degree) and severe (of the III and IV degree). A method of treatment of dental fluorosis with the aid of bleaching solutions and calcium chloride administration by electrophoresis for the purpose of remineralization of the hard dental tissues was elaborated. A total of 101 patients with various manifestations of dental fluorosis were treated successfully by this method; a high percentage of positive remote results was determined.
