Abstract: Reducing the incidence of increased teeth and caries can be achieved at the expense of adequate medical care aimed at early detection of pathology, as well as the appointment of adequate forms of disease for prevention and treatment, which in most cases relate to the choice of filling materials. The solution to the problem of improving the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of pathology of solid dental tissues, we consider an in-depth study of the mechanisms of the onset and development of the disease in the context of its clinical manifestations and the preliminary discovery of correlation between clinical and laboratory parameters. Violation of the protein component further leads to a change in the laying of the minerals of the crystalline lattice, and consequently to a change or violation of the structure of enamel prisms. It is this process that we consider the main etiological factor of the occurrence of pathology of solid dental tissues. Comparing the density of the location of the enamel prisms of the teeth to be studied, we note that the number of prisms per unit area in the teeth having a carious process and in the teeth with increased erosion have certain differences, which may suggest different values of the resistance of the enamel in caries and increased stiffness. The number of enamel prisms per unit area with high abrasion on average is 19 per 100 microns, and with a carious process of 22.65 per 100 microns. Estimating the data within each group gathered by statistical methods, we can note that the number of prisms in the enamel of teeth has a direct correlation with the intervals between them (p = 0,0017). By linking the structure of enamel and dentin, we also have the opportunity to establish a direct relationship between the number of enamel prisms and the number of dentinal tubules under the binding strength (p = 0,0421), as well as the relationship between the diameter of the dentinal tubules and the spaces between the enamel prisms (p = 0,0268). Thus, the structure of enamel and dentin has peculiarities of morphological structure at different clinical states of solid dental tissues. This feature can be associated with a decrease in the density of enamel, which is associated with a decrease in the number of prisms with high teeth and increase the gap between them. The indicated features of the enamel and dentin of the teeth during the carious process and increased stiffness cause different endurance to the chewing load, therefore, in our opinion, the reason for the determination of the quantity, ratio and distribution of the trace elements at different clinical states of the hard tissues of the teeth becomes reasonable.
