| Abstract: | В работе представлены данные о получении комплекса пептидных веществ из бедренных мышц крыс и определении их характеристик с помощью обратно-фазовой высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии. Исследование хроматографического спектра комплекса пептидов бедренных мышц в сравнении с пептидным комплексом коркового вещества почек крыс позволило определить различия как в количестве фракций, их расположении вдоль хроматограммы, так и по их гидрофобности; This paper presents data on peptide complex substances from rat femoral muscles and determines their characteristics by using reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Chromatographic spectra of peptide complexes of femoral muscles and cortical substance of kidneys were compared. The differences in the number of fractions, their positions within chromatographic picture (hydrophobic properties) were found and described. |
