| Abstract: | The results of studying the effect of melatonin on the psychosomatic status in patients with duodenal ulcer disease with a low degree of adaptation and the state of metabolic processes in the mucosal barrier of the gastroduodenal zone. Proved that melatonin reduces anxiety, increases resistance to the stress effects and the level of adaptation. The positive dynamics of indicators of sialic acid, fucose, and hydroxyproline in blood serum as a markers of mucosal barrier of the gastroduodenal zone. |
