Определение выносливости пародонта интактных зубов к нагрузке

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты исследования выносливости пародонта интактных зубов к нагрузке. Полученные автором результаты исследования интактных зубов методом гнатодинамографии позволили определить равноправную значимость выделенных типов выносливости пародонта. Установлено, что учет отличий в деятельности функционального объекта, моделирования нормы и патологии при ортопедическом лечении разными видами протезов являются односторонним и недостаточным для решения тех вопросов, на какие они направлены. Использование предложенной методики в изучении состояния тканей пародонта интактных зубов показал, что при графической регистрации величины и длительности максимально выдерживаемой нагрузки значительно повышается информативность методики. The article presents the study results of the periodontium endurance of intact teeth to the load. Expanding the informativeness of the method, we investigated the graphic registration and the data decrypting that characterize a periodontal endurance to the load. Endurance to the load can be both static and dynamic. We carried out a graphic recording of measuring the maximum occlusal force that develops in time [gnatodinamografia (GDG)]. We used Визир, an electronic gnatodinamometr (Azimut NGO) and a personal computer. A graphic record of the occlusal force in time had an abrupt rise, a long plateau and a gentle descent. Connecting the initial and final points with a straight line allowed to calculate the area that gave an additional indicator in measuring the maximum random compression of jaws. It was a comprehensive survey of 107 persons with the intact dental arches. In our case of studying the reaction of periodontium in response to a vertical load, the integration of all components of the reaction characteristics in response allowed us to distinguish three main types of periodontium endurance to the load: a) strong; b) medium; c) weak. In the real conditions, there are many options except for those strictly distinguished types, whose detailed study will be able only in the future. However, most of the investigated subjects can be classified into types according to the above classification. The measured threshold of pain reception or the maximum sustained loads in newtons was in the range from 87 to 369 N. When averaging the obtained data into the groups of teeth, the figures of the threshold of pain reception were: central incisors - 128 N, lateral incisors - 87 N, fangs - 219 N, I pre molar - 198 N, II premolar - 215 N, I molar - 369 N, II molar - 346 N, III molar - 244 N. We need to emphasize the fact that the established type was characteristic for the same person and could be applied to all groups of teeth.The obtained results of the intact teeth examination using the gnatodinamografia technique al lowed us to determine the equitable importance of the distinguished types of periodontium endur ance. It was established that the registration of differences in the activity of the functional object, in the modeling of a norm and pathology at the orthopedic treatment using the different types of prosthe- ses are one-sided and insufficient to address the issues on which they are aimed. Using the proposed technique in the examination of periodontium tissues of intact teeth showed that the maximum withstanding load significantly increases an informativity of the methodology at the graphic registration of the value and duration.
