Психологічні особливості хворих на гіпертонічну хворобу, поєднану з ішемічною хворобою серця, порушеннями пуринового обміну та ожирінням

Abstract

В статті наведені дані літератури та власних досліджень щодо психологічних особливостей, якості життя та рівня комплаєнсу серед хворих на гіпертонічну хворобу, ішемічну хворобу серця в поєднанні з порушеннями пуринового обміну та ожирінням. Показані відмінності в залежності важкості стану хворих від наявної коморбідної патології, та вказані висновки, що визначають необхідність психологічної корекції для попередження депресивних та іпохондричних розладів і з метою підвищення рівня комплаєнсу при роботі з хворими; В статье приведены данные литературы и собственных исследований о психологических особенностях, качестве жизни и уровне комплаенса среди больных с гипертонической болезнью в сочетании с ишемической болезнью, нарушениями пуринового обмена и ожирением. Показаны различия в зависимости тяжести состояния больных от имеющейся коморбидной патологии, а также указаны выводы, отмечающие необходимость психологической коррекции для предупреждения депрессивных и ипохондрических расстройств, а также с целью повышения уровня комплаенса при работе с больными; The article presents the literature and own research data on psychological characteristics, quality of life and compliance level among patients with hypertension in combination with ischemic disease, impaired purine metabolism and obesity. In patients with HD was found the average force correlation between psychasthenic (7 scales) and autistic (8 scales) tendencies (0.65 and 0.68, p < 0,0001). It was noted that the level of compliance in patients with a predominant kinesthetic representative system was higher in all study groups, while a low compliance rate was noted among patients with a predominantly visual representative system. Was noted increase the level of stress on the Holmes-Ray scale, depending on the stage of hypertension in all groups. The correlation between the activity scale (9) and hypochondria (1), depression (2), rigidity (6), autism (8), and social adaptation (4) in patients with HD without violating of purine metabolism was peculiar to personality, and in patients with HD in combination with violating of purine metabolism was the difference between the scale of activity (9) and demonstrativeness (3). The described combination of personal characteristics in patients with GB, the level of stress and compliance can lead to a violation of adaptation in the surrounding social environment with the development of neurotic disorders. Differences in the dependence of the severity of the patient’s condition on the existing of the comorbid pathology are shown, and also conclusions that indicate the need for psychological correction for the prevention of depressive and hypochondriacal disorders, as well as for the purpose of increasing the level of compliance with work with patients.
