Небезпечні і шкідливі фактори виробничого середовища в стоматології та їх вплив на організм лікаря

Abstract

У роботі проведений науковий огляд вітчизняної і зарубіжної літератури та вивчені дані про шкідливі чинники виробничого середовища лікаря стоматолога. Проаналізовані та узагальнені результати їх впливу на працездатність і здоров’я цих фахівців. Доведена необхідність подальшого вивчення проблеми в цьому напрямі з метою удосконалення раціональних фізіолого-гігієнічних основ організації трудового процесу лікарів-стоматологів для підтримки на високому рівні працездатності і попередження виникнення професійних захворювань; В работе проведен научный обзор отечественной и зарубежной литературы и изучены данные о вредных факторах производственной среды врача-стоматолога. Проанализированы и обобщены результаты их влияния на работоспособность и здоровье этих специалистов. Доказана необходимость дальнейшего изучения проблемы в этом направлении с целью усовершенствования рациональных физиолого-гигиенических основ организации трудового процесса врачей-стоматологов для поддержания на высоком уровне работоспособности и предупреждения возникновения профессиональных заболеваний; The scientific review of home and foreign literature is in-process conducted and dates are studied about the harmful factors of productive environment of doctor-stomatology. Analysed and the generalized results of their influence on working capacity and health of these specialists. Labour of doctors-stomatologies is accompanied by intluence on their organism of a number of unfavorable factors to the number of that belong visual and emotional tension, working position, inefficient illumination, contacts, forces with allergens and toxic substances, noise, vibration, laser, ultraviolet, x-ray photography of radiation and danger of distribution of infections. The complex of the higher marked factors influences on the state of health of medical workers of stomatological profile, resulting in the considerable level of their morbidity as compared to other specialists-physicians. Middle life-span of doctor on world statistics folds just 54 years, and life of stomatology yet shorter - 51 year Thus 80 from 100 men-stomatologies does not live so long to retirement age. It is related not only to permanent neuropsychic tension, frequent physical overstrain, hypodynamia and infecting, but also with the specific conditions of work and permanent contact with people. In obedience to “Hygienical iob classification on the indexes of harmfulness and danger of factors of productive environment, weight and tension of labour process ', ratified by Order of MGH of Ukraine from 27. 12. 2001 Na 528 origin on a background tense labour activity of medical personnel two or more harmful productive factors(chemical, physical and other) characterize conditions of this labour as: - conditions more high degree of danger of development of professional diseases; - to the height of general chronic morbidity and morbidity with the temporal loss of working capacity. The above enumerated factors of productive environment, as numerous researches showed, influence on working capacity and efficiency of labour of doctors-stomatologies. Therefore study of hygienical aspects of character and conditions of labour exactly of separate narrow specialists it is very important and topically for today. Thus, the further study of problem is needed in this direction with the aim of improvement of rational physiologic and hygien's bases of organization of labour process of doctors-stomatologies for support at high level of working capacity and warning of origin of professional diseases.
