Abstract

Стаття присвячена теоретичним і методологічним аспектам безперервної післядипломної медичної освіти. В роботі розглянуті історичні питання післядипломної медичної освіти, структура післядипломної освіти, її етапність. Значна увага приділяється роздумам щодо необхідності безперервної медичної освіти, мотивації слухачів до післядипломного навчання. Розглядаються складові мотивації. У статті розглянуті форми післядипломної освіти, окрема увага приділена сучасним методам - дистанційному навчанню. Вказані переваги та недоліки дистанційного навчання для різних етапів післядипломного навчання лікарів. Відзначена роль практичної підготовки лікарів на післядипломному етапі та наведені погляди щодо ролі державної політики у системі безперервної післядипломної медичної освіти; The article is devoted to theoretical and methodological aspects of continuous postgraduate medical education. The historical issues of postgraduate medical education, the structure and stages of postgraduate education are examined. Considerable attention is given to reflections on the necessity of continuous medical education, motivation of students to postgraduate study. The components of motivation are considered. The article examines the forms of postgraduate education; particular attention is given to modern methods - distance education. The article describes the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning for different stages of postgraduate education of physicians. The role of practical training of doctors at the postgraduate stage is emphasized; the views on the role of state policy in the system of continuous postgraduate medical education are represented.
