Оцінка ефективності лікувально-реабілітаційних заходів у пацієнтів з першим психотичним епізодом з урахуванням біологічних ритмів

Abstract

Дослідження базувалось на обстеженні пацієнтів із першим психотичним епізодом. Психоосвітня програма включала інформаційний, терапевтичний, соціальний і заключний етапи та проводилась згідно до розподілу по групам з урахуванням індивідуального хронотипу . Встановлено, що поєднання клінічних протоколів лікування із психоосвітніми заходами з урахуванням біоритмів призводить до покращення стану хворих, їх якості життя; Исследование базировалось на обследовании пациентов с первым психотическим эпизодом. Психообразовательная программа состояла из информационного, терапевтического, социального и заключительного этапов и проводилась согласно распределению по группам с учетом индивидуального хронотипа. Установлено, що совмещение клинических протоколов лечения с психообразовательными мероприятиями с учетом биоритмов приводит к улучшению состояния больных, из уровня жизни; The aim of this research was to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with the first psychotic episode with considering biological rhythms. 130 patients were involved in the research with the first psychotic episode. Characteristics of biological rhythms is established by Estberg’s questionnaire, assessment of quality of life by the SF-36 scale, evaluation of the quality of the treatment by the CGI-I scale. Psychoeducational program was carried out in stages and included: information stage (clarifying to the patient and family need to receive medicines, especially symptoms of the disease, prognosis), the therapeutic stage (warning autoaggressive tendencies), social (overcoming patient stigmatization, the formation of the support of his family members), final (the formation of new forms of response in case of aggravation). According to the distribution of the daily activity groups psychoeducational program was used for patients of the first group in the afternoon and for ones of the second and third groups in the morning. As a result of this research we can conclude that in the case of clinical treatment protocols in conjunction with a psychoeducational program with considering biological rhythms in patients with first psychotic episode marked improvement health status and their quality of life. Therefore, further research is a given area of current research in psychiatry aimed to improve the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.
