Порівняльна характеристика захворюваності населення Полтавської та Житомирської областей на злоякісні новоутвори щелепно-лицевої ділянки

Abstract

Уперше проведено поглиблене епідеміологічне дослідження з аналізом та порівняльною характеристикою захворюваності на злоякісні новоутвори окремих локалізацій щелепно—лицевої ділянки населення Житомирської та Полтавської областей. Показано, що в Полтавській області по всіх видах і локалізаціях злоякісні новоутвори щелепно—лицевої ділянки превалюють у порівнянні з Житомирською областю. Підкреслюється необхідність детальніше і глибше вивчати проблему якості діагностики новоутворів щелепно-лицевої ділянки, особливостей геофізичних умов кожного регіону України, соціального становища відповідної категорії населення; Впервые проведено углубленное эпидемиологическое исследование с анализом и сравнительной характеристикой заболеваемости злокачественными новообразованиями отдельных локализаций челюстнолицевой области населения Житомирской и Полтавской областей. Показано, что в Полтавской области по всем видам и локализациям злокачественные новообразования челюстно-лицевой области превалируют по сравнению с Житомирской. Подчеркивается необходимость более детального и углубленного изучения проблемыкачества диагностики новообразований челюстно-лицевой области, особенностей геофизических условий каждого региона Украины, социального положения изучаемой категории населения; According to official statistical figures in the most world countries the increase of amount of malignant new formations and death rate is marked from them. From data of WHO, annually in the world about 4,3 m illion persons die of a cancer. Crawfish is included in the number of three principal reasons of death in all age-dependent groups of population after 50. The malignant tumours of chairman and necks fold close 5% cases of cancer of other localizations. Among malignant new formations of chairman and neck crawfish of organs of oral cavity and guttur occupies the second place after the cancer of larynx. It is known that from 80% to 97% of patients with the tumours of mucous membrane of oral cavity enter clinic on III and IV of the stage of disease that considerably complicates and lim its the choice of such methods of treatment as operative intervention, radical radial or chemotherapy that stipulates importance this biomedical and socially - economic problems of entire countries. Morbidity and death rates from a cancer continue to grow. It is well-proven convincing prognostication, that risk to become ill w ill increase in connection with the i ncrease of contami nation of envi ronment and i ncl udi ng the radiation factor. Organization of quality oncologic helps and prevents malignant new formations for today, remains actual in the state, because this group of diseases on the draught of the l ast years proof occupi es the second place in the structure of death rate of population, first of all capable of working age, yielding to only pathology of the cardiovascular system. For a successful fight against malignant new formations reliable data are needed about epidemiology of crawfish, about the sizes of oncologic morbidity and death rate from malignant tumours for the different sexual-age-old, ethnic, professional and other groups of population. The negligible quantity of researches that behave to the regional features of prevalence of malignant new formations of person and organs of cavity of mouth is conducted in Ukraine. Such the researches allow not only to find out causal connection between the different factors of way of life and environment with the separate forms of development of cancer but also foresee the real ways of prophylaxis of malignant new formations, especially with localization of defeats in a maxillofacial area. Deep epidemiology research is first conducted with an analysis and comparing description of morbidity by malignant new formations of separate localizations of maxillofacial area of population of Zhitomir and Poltava regions. It is well-proven that in Poltava region all kinds and localizations malignant new formations of maxillofacial area predominate as compared to Zhitomir region. Expressed necessity more in detail and it is deep to study the problem of quality of diagnostics of new formations of maxillofacial area, to the features of geophysical terms of every region of Ukraine, social position of studied category of population.
