Корригирующее действие синтетических пептидов - аналогов естественного пептидного комплекса почек на состояние организма крыс при аутоиммунном нефрите

Abstract

The purpose of the present study was the three synthetic peptides and the comparison of the above mentioned with the natural kidneys peptide complex by experimental autoimmune nephritis. All the peptides studied had the therapeutic effect, but its degree was guite different. PEKDLRK peptide stimulated the lympfocytes blasttranstormation and the neutrophiles phagocytosis activity. PEKDSRK intensified not only the erythrocyte production but also the hemoglobin contents of the above mentioned, and also the peptide stimulated the lymphocyte blasttransformations and phagocytosis activity of the neutrophiles. PEKDDRL implified the lymphocyte production. We can conclude that principally there is a possibility of creating a synthetic peptide, action of which is analogous to the action of the natural kidneys peptide complexes, participating in the physiologic functions regulation.
