Застосування ультразвукових пристроїв в стоматологічній практиці

Abstract

В статі наведений аналіз літературних джерел про застосування ультразвукових пристроїв в стоматологічній практиці. Наведений опис ультразвукового магнітострикційного апарату «УМА-01» Апарат призначений для приготування базисного матеріалу для стоматологічних протезів на початковій стадії полімеризації акрилової пластмаси. В статье представлен анализ литературных источников о применении ультразвуковых устройств в стоматологической практике. Приведено описание ультразвукового магнитострикционного аппарата «УМА-01». Аппарат предназначен для приготовления базисного материала для стоматологических протезов на начальной стадии полимеризации акриловой пластмассы. A special place in modern dentistry belongs efficiency problems in the orthopedic treatment of removable prosthesis, biocompatibility with the tissues of the prosthetic bed. There still question the lack of durability of prostheses, reducing the residual monomer bases for determining the quality of dentures and their structure. Careful analysis of the literature and some experimental studies of ultrasound have enabled us to offer the technology of ultrasonic processing of polymeric materials to improve their polymerization. We proposed magnetostrictive ultrasonic unit "UMA-01» own design, which is registered in the State Committee of Ukraine for Technical Regulation and Consumer Policy. The device is designed to prepare the base material for dental prostheses in the initial stage of polymerization of acrylic plastic. Also, we first proposed a way to determine the quality of bases dentures using ultrasonic flaw detector UD2-12 (GOST 2304984). It is designed to control plastic products, metal, organic glass and other materials for the presence of defects and for measuring the depth and coordinate their occurrence, measurement of the amplitudes of the signals reflected from defects. We suggested this device to detect the presence of pores and cracks of various kinds of particles and determine the size and depth of the defects in the bulk of dentures.
