Abstract: The article is devoted to studying the mechanisms of systemic hemodynamic and organ blood flow disorders in preterm infants with early onset sepsis by analyzing perinatal history, clinical manifestations, metabolic profile, echocardiographic and dopplerometric indicators in order to develop a diagnostic test to correctly determine the indication for hemodynamic support in prematurely born children with arterial hypotension; Аннотация: Статья посвящена изучению механизмов развития нарушений системной гемодинамики и органного кровообращения у преждевременно рожденных детей с ранним неонатальным сепсисом путём анализа перинатaльного анамнеза, клинических проявлений, метаболического профиля, эхокардиографических и допплерометрических показателей с целью разработки диагностического теста для корректного определения показаний для гемодинамической поддержки при артериальной гипотензии у преждевременно рождённых детей.
