Abstract: | In the pathogenesis of viral diseases the interaction of virus with the cell has not been sufficiently studied. The main point here is the virus intervention into a healthy cell with a mandatory deproteinization of the virus. However, deproteinization of viruses is still poorly understood. This firstly refers to the mechanism of influenza virus introducing into cells of mammals, including humans. In this regard, in 1983 we proposed a new theory of influenza pathogenesis with proteinase-inhibitory system participation . |
