Стоматологический статус близнецов, его особенности

Abstract

Дослідження проведені на 48 пацієнтах: групі близнюків, яка складалась з 12 осіб чоловічої статіта 36 - жіночої, віком від 5 до 49 років. Група включала 22 пари монозиготних близнюків (МЗ) та 2 пари дизиготних (ДЗ). Виявлені подібність та розбіжності в будові органів по-рожнини рота: форма нижньо- та верхньощелепної зубної дуги, прикус, колір зубів, особливості язика, СОПР, наявність зубних аномалій, ураженість зубів карієсом та йога ускладненнями, некаріозними ураженнями, наявність захво-рювань пародонту. При цьому враховані час виникнення патології та їх локалізація. Розбіжності в кількості головних ліній на перших нижніх молярах, форма верхніх центральних різців не виходять за межі допустимих у однояйцевих близнюків. Проведені дослідження дозволяють допустити, що такі особливості клінічної картини патології, як морфологія елементів та їх локалізація, зумовлені генетичними моментами, в той час як початок захворювання та ступінь його вираження - переважно екзогенними; The researches are carried out on 48 patients: to group of the twins, which consist of 12 persons of a male and 36 - female, age from 5 till 49 years. The group included 22 pairs of the monozygotic twins (MZ) and 2 pair of dizygotic (DZ). Are revealed similarity and divergences in a structure of bodies of a cavity of a mouth: the form mandibuiaric that maxillaric of a tooth arch, occlusion, colour of teeth, feature of tongue, MMMC, presence of tooth anomalies, defeat of teeth by caries and its complications, noncarious defeats, parodontal disiases. Thus took into account time of occurrence of a pathology and its localization. Divergences in quantity of the main lines on first bottom molares, form of the top central cutters not abroaded admitted at of the monozygotes twins. The carried out researches allow to admit, that such features clinical of a pathology, as morphology of elements and their localization, are caused by the genetic moments, while a beginning of disease and degree him manifestation - mainly exogenic.
