Шляхи подальшого удосконалення англомовного навчання іноземних студентів на кафедрі медицини надзвичайних ситуацій з оперативною хірургією та топографічною анатомією

Abstract

Створення кафедри медицини надзвичайних ситуацій з оперативною хірургією та топографіч- ною анатомією, в умовах якої англомовні іноземні студенти навчаються протягом трех років, поставило перед викладачами кафедри нові вимоги. Викладання декількох навчальних дисциплін англійською мовою вимагає від викладачів постійного вдосконалення навчального процесу, одночасно полегшуючи цей обов’язок можливістю безпосереднього спілкування та обміну досвідом. Навчання англомовних іноземних студентів в умовах однієї кафедри протягом трьох років сприяє підвищенню якості їх професійної підготовки шляхом інтеграції та профілізації викладаємих дисциплін, збереження цінностей вітчизняної освіти, застосування сучасних інноваційних технологій візуалізації навчального матеріалу та контролю знань студентів, плідної співтворчості співробітників кафедри.; Создание кафедры медицины чрезвычайных ситуаций с оперативной хирургией и топографической анатомией, в условиях которой англоязычные студенты обучаются на протяжении трех лет, поставило перед преподавателями кафедры новые требования. Преподавание нескольких учебных дисциплин на английском языке требует от преподавателей постоянного усовершенствования учебного процесса, одновременно облегчая эту обязанность возможностью непосредственного общения и обмена опытом. Обучение англоязычных иностранных студентов в условиях одной кафедры на протяжении трех лет способствует повышению качества их профессиональной подготовки путем интеграции и профили-зации преподаваемых дисциплин, сохранения ценностей отечественного образования, использования современных инновационных технологий визуализации учебного материала и контроля знаний студентов, плодотворного обмена опытом сотрудников кафедры.; Creation of the department of accident serviсe medicine with operative surgery and topographical anatomy, in which english-speaking foreign students study for three years, has set a new requirements for a lecturers. «Operative surgery and topographical anatomy» based on the knowledge of human anatomy, histology, pathomorphology, and forms the basis of the study of surgical sciences and related disciplines (accident service medicine, etc). «Accident service medicine» based on knowledge of operative surgery and topographic anatomy, lays the groundwork for study of military surgery, etc. The program includes a basics of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in organizing medical evacuation and first aid in situations accidents of natural, technological and socio-political nature. Academic discipline “civil defense” based on knowledge of situation accident medicine, pathomorphology and pathophysiology, forms the basis for further successful mastering of practical skills of clinical disciplines and their application in the complex case of an situation accidents of peace and wartime. So, there is a clear correlation from being studied at the department subjects and become understandable principles of their integration. Discussion on the departmental methodical meetings features for teaching students the theoretical material from such subjects as “situation accidents medicine” and “civil defense” helped to further improve the presentation of the material of operative surgery and topographic anatomy for english-speaking students by a principle of “clinical anatomy” because we have the opportunity to discuss the “blocks” of topics of related disciplines, realizing their relationship and further use of knowledge about the topographic features of human anatomical structure on which the formation of required in medicine practice skills is based. Practical lessons at the department of accident service medicine with operative surgery and topographic anatomy conducted using test and situational tasks to check the initial and final levels of knowledge. Creative collaboration teachers of the department who teach different subjects thereby foreign students, expanding opportunities for individualization of work with english-speaking students, early detection among them underachieving and the finest, bringing the latest to scientific work in student scientific circle. Control of knowledge of foreign students who studying in english at the department conducted using test control. The use of new learning technologies helps visualization of educational material and reduces the time for foreign students master their practical skills. So, the teaching of several disciplines in english requires from teachers continuous improvement of educational process, at the same time making easier this duty by possibility of direct communication and exchange of experience. Studying of english speaking foreign students in the conditions of single department for three years contributes the quality of professional training through the integration and profiling teaching subjects, preservation the values of native education, application of modern innovative technology of imaging learning material and monitoring of student knowledge level, fruitful cocreation of the department staff.
