Клінічна ефективність препарату «Oral Blue» при лікуванні хронічного генералізованого пародонтиту

Abstract

В даній статті приведені дані щодо клінічної ефективності препарату “Oral blue”, на основі антисептика “Troklosene” у комплексному лікуванні хворих на хронічний генералізований пародонтит ІІ та ІІІ ступеню тяжкості. Для підтвердження отриманих результатів нами проаналізовані наступні клінічні показники: індекс Гріна-Вермільона, індекс PMA, індекс кровоточивості. Динаміка вказаних показників до і після лікування та скорочення кількості відвідувань свідчать на користь запропонованого нами методу лікування; В данной статье приведены данные относительно клинической эффективности препарата “Oral blue”, на основе антисептика “Troklosene” в комплексном лечении больных хроническим генерализованным пародонтитом II и III степени тяжести. Динамика указанных показателей до и после лечения и сокращения количества посещений свидетельствуют в пользу предложенного нами метода лечения.; The aim of our work was to study the clinical efficacy of treatment of II and III severity chronic generalized periodontitis with additional using of medication "Oral Blue" in complex treatment, that is based on antiseptic "TROKLOSENE". This medication is created for the oral cavity disinfection and for the fight against all types of pathogens. Its formula increases the contact with the mucous membrane. It could get into and destroy the biofilm through the formation of chlorine, which conduces to plaque destruction. We examined 29 patients aged 45-55 years, who were diagnosed with chronic generalized periodontitis of II and III severity. First research group patients were divided by simple randomization into two groups based on the ongoing therapeutic treatment with the additional use of the medication "Oral Blue» (group 2, n = 17) and without it (group 3, n = 12). Also, there was determined dental status of 7 healthy same aged people, who were the control group. To determine the effectiveness of treatment, we have compared the clinical indicators before and after complex therapy. In the comparison group PMA index was 51,4 ± 2,3%, the Green-Vermilon index was 1,9 ± 0,2, the bleeding index 2,7 ± 0,1 points. There was observed the abnormal teeth mobility of II and III degree. The hygienic oral health characterized as unsatisfactory. After the treatment of 2nd and 3rd patients’ experimental group there were observed the following indicators: PMA index was 17,1 ± 1,4% and 17,9 ± 1,2% accordingly, that indicates the inflammation decrease in more than 2,6 times compared with patients before treatment. Green-Vermilona index was 1,3 ± 0,3 and 1,6 ± 0,3 accordingly. The bleeding index was 0,3 ± 0,1 points for II patients’ group and it was 0,6 ± 0,3 points for III patients’ group. Bleeding index improved in almost 7 times in comparison to patients’ results before treatment. It indicates the significant improvement of vascular microcirculation of periodontal tissues. Pathological tooth mobility reduced to I degree. After receiving the treatment, the oral hygienic health is characterized as satisfactory for patients of both groups. The patients of 2nd experimental group after the 5th visit (5.18 days) and the patients of 3rd group after 7th visit (7.08 per day) showed signs of clinical remission, that indicates the effectiveness of the treatment. Thus, the addition of medication "Oral Blue" to the treatment plan for patients with II and III severity chronic generalized periodontitis conduced to steady clinical effect, that was indicated by the dynamics of clinical indicators and reducing of visits’ frequency. To maintain the result of treatment for coming and distant periods and to prevent the process exacerbation, we recommended to continue using of medication “Oral Blue” during 7 days after the treatment with a frequency of 4 times per day.
