Состояние гигиены полости рта у детей дошкольного возраста с гипертрофией аденоидов

Abstract

Полученные результаты показали эффективность сотрудничества родителей ребенка, врача-стоматолога и оториноларинголога. Динамика показателей 1 группы подтвердила необходимость вмешательства врача-стоматолога в формировании гигиенических навыков детей дошкольного возраста и проведении профессионального ухода за полостью рта, поскольку недостаточность знаний родителей и невозможность детьми провести полноценную чистку зубов формирует ситуацию, которая способствует развитию кариеса временных зубов. Изменение результатов 2 и 3 группы позволили утверждать, что у обследованных с гипертрофией аденоидов необходимо использование дополнительных методов и средств воздействия, которые блокируют последствия соматической патологии, для улучшения гигиены полости рта, что и было реализовано в предлагаемом нами способе профилактики в 4 группе наблюдения. The high prevalence of caries of temporary teeth can be explained by the unsatisfactory hygienic care of the oral cavity that arose as a result of the psychosomatic features of the preschool children development. Manifestations of the adenoids’ hypertrophy, as the most common somatic pathology in children of this age group, aggravates the hygienic indicators of patients.The aim of the research was to study the state of oral hygienic care in children of 3-5 years old with adenoids’ hypertrophy in dynamics. To solve the goal there were 5 examinations for one year, 100 children of 3-5 years old were examined. The status of oral hygienic care was examined by the Fedorov-Volodkina index (1971). The results of the research confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed therapeutic and prophylactic complex for improving oral hygiene, as well as keeping it at a satisfactory level among children with hypertrophy of adenoids, which corresponds to the level of healthy examined patients (p≤0,05). The conclusion. The obtained results allowed to state that the patients with adenoids hypertrophy need the cooperation of the dentist and otorhinolaryngologist, as well as the use of additional methods of influence that block the consequences of somatic pathology, to improve oral hygiene.
