Использование мукозального фитогеля «Симбитер» в комплексном ортодонтическом лечении пациентов с зубо-челюстными аномалиями

Abstract

Данное исследование подтвердило, что пациенты со скученным положением зубов имеет более высокие индексные показатели состояния тканей пародонта и гигиены полости рта по отношению к группе с физиологическим видом прикуса. Ортодонтическое лечение приводит к активизации воспалительного процесса, способствует снижению уровня гигиены полости рта неделе после фиксации несъемной аппаратуры. Но при сравнении исследуемых групп, пациенты, которые использовали фитогель «Симбитер» имели достоверно более низкие показатели воспаления через 2 недели после фиксации, а через 2 месяца значения приближались к исходным, что говорит об эффективности предложенного комплекса; The aim of this study was to determine the therapeutic and preventive action ofmprobiotic «Simbiter» in the new form of mucosal adhesive gel in patients withm malocclusion during orthodontic treatment with non-removable braces-technic. Objects and methods of research. To confirm the clinical effectiveness of fitogel «Simbiter» we examined 40 people. Group I (15 person) included students of the Higher state educational institution of Ukraine «The Ukrainian medical dental Academy» with physiological bite, intact periodotium, intact dental arches. Second group (30 people) comprised patients of educational and scientific Department of the Higher state educational institution of Ukraine «The Ukrainian medical dental Academy» «Dental center» 18-24 years old with crowded position of the teeth, which was indicated to treat with fixed orthodontic appliance with absence of somatic pathology. Clinical examination included determination of next indexes: index OHI-S (Oral Hygiene Index-Simlified), Green-Vermillion, 1964; and periodontal indices: papilla-marginally-alveolar index PMA in the modification of Parma, index bleeding of gingival sulcus (SBI) by H. R. Muhlemann of I.Son for an objective assessment of oral hygiene and the condition of periodontal tissues. All patients of 2A subgroup (15 patients) before orthodontic treatment had sanation of the oral cavity, teeth cleaning and training of oral hygiene. In the subgroup 2B (15 patients) in addition was prescribed the applique of mucosal fitogel «Simbiter», which was used during 2 weeks after fixing braces appliances 2 times, in the morning and in the evening, according to the instructions for use. In all groups of 116 patients clinical studies were conducted before orthodontic treatment, after 2 weeks, and 2 months from the date of braces fixation. Results and their discussion. This study confirmed that patients with crowded position of teeth have a higher index status of periodontal tissue indicators and oral hygiene in relation to the group with physiological bite. Orthodontic treatment leads to activation of the inflammatory process, reduces the level of oral hygiene week after fixation of fixed braces. But if we compare the treatment groups, patients who used fitogel "Sibmiter" had significantly lower levels of inflammation in 2 weeks after fixation, and after 2 months periodontal tissue and oral hygiene indexes became like initial value that indicates the effectiveness of the proposed complex
