Показатели кажущейся вязкости крови и дзета-потенциала эритроцитов при остром инфаркте миокарда

Abstract

Клинические наблюдения последних лет указывают на значительную роль в патогенезе развития острого инфаркта миокарда состояния агрегации эритроцитов и тромбоцитов, вязкости крови и дзета-потенциала эритроцитов. В развитии и течении острых коронарных катастроф немаловажную роль играет нарушение реологических свойств крови, определяющих характер текучести крови по сосудам на уровне макро- и микроциркуляции.; The purpose of the study was to investigate the apparent blood viscosity in low and high tensions and shift velocities, electrokinetic properties of erythrocytes in patients withacute macrofocal myocardial infarction; 50 patients with macrofocal myocardial infarction were examined.Results indicate that within the first 6 hours patients with macrofocal myocardial infarction show essential changes of the apparent blood viscosity at all parameters of tension and shift velocities, sharp reduction of the electrokinetic propertiesof erythrocytes.It is concluded that changes of the rheological properties of the blood in these patients are, apparently, one of the pathogenetic links ofthe development of myocardial infarction which should be cnsidered in the etiopathogenetic treatment.
