Документ Analysis of clinical parameters of scar tissue of the scalp and neck depending on the circadian rhythm of the patient(Полтавський державний медичний університет, 2022) Skikevych, M. It consists of phases that are closely related. The formation of the postoperative scar is influenced by: the topography of the surgical field, the duration of the inflammatory process, the method of surgical intervention, the time of surgical intervention and the patient's chronotype. In 1970, the Swedish psychologist Oscar Okvist began the scientific study of chronotypes. According to him, the term “chronotype” is used to define the individual characteristics of the circadian rhythm of man.Biological rhythms play an important role in adaptation and survival in the environment. According to previous research, biological rhythm affects not only the mental state, but also reparative functions during wound healing and rehabilitation in the postoperative period.Документ Comparison of the effect of antiseptics based on Decamethoxine, Chlorhexidine bigluconate and Iodophorm on the adhesive potential of bacteria of the genus Kocuria spp(2022) Лобань, Галина Андріївна; Фаустова, Марія Олексіївна; Чумак, Юлія Вікторівна; Ананьєва, Майя Миколаївна; Гаврильєв, Віктор Миколайович ; Аветіков, Давид Соломонович; Стебловський, Дмитро Валерійович; Loban', G. A.; Faustova, M. O.; Chumak, Yu. V.; Avetikov, D. S.; Ananieva, M. M.; Gavriliev, V. M.; Steblovskiy, D. V.Antiseptics can block the adhesion of bacteria, thus facilitating the course of the purulent-inflammatory process. Therefore, we investigated the adhesive properties of clinical isolates of the genus Kocuria isolated from the oral cavity of patients with infectious-inflammatory post-extraction complications. Remedies based on decamethoxine, chlorhexidine bigluconate and iodoform were used as test antiseptics. The adhesive properties of clinical isolates under the action of remedies based on decamethoxine, chlorhexidine bigluconate and iodoform were determined by V.I. Brillis. The adhesion index values of microorganisms of clinical isolates of the genus Kocuria under the action of subbacteriostatic concentration of remedy based on decamethoxine were 1.6 times (p<0.05) and 2.1 times (p<0.05) lower compared to those of the adhesion index of microorganisms after the action of remedies based on chlorhexidine bigluconate subbacteriostatic concentrations and iodoform respectively. In the presence of remedy based on chlorhexidine bigluconate SBsC, relative to the clinical isolates Kocuria kristinae 1 and Kocuria kristinae 2, IAM indices increased 1. 3 times, and IAM indices of Kocuria rosea increased 1.1 times compared to the IAM indices of the controls of these isolates. Considering the results of action remedy based on iodoform SBsC on clinical isolates Kocuria kristinae 1 and Kocuria kristinae 2, IAM increased in 2.1 times and in 1.5 times, IAM of clinical isolate Kocuria rosea also increased, but in 1.4 times, considering the control cultures.Документ The profile of specific antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in residents of the central and eastern regions of Ukraine(Полтавський державний медичний університет, 2022) Avetikov, D. S.; Ananieva, М. М.; Loban, G. A.; Faustova, M. O.; Skikevych, M. G.; Chumak, Yu. Determination of the level of antibodies in individuals living in certain regions provides insight into the epidemiology of the infection and is crucial for the development of strategies to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The study analyzed the results of IgM and IgG tests for the SARS-CoV-2 virus in 7142 residents of eastern and central regions of Ukraine from July 2020 to January 2021. Patients' visits to COVID-19 for IgM and IgG mainly occurred in the autumn-winter period of 2020–2021, confirming the seasonality of the disease. The most popular test among residents of Poltava and Donetsk regions was the test for IgM immunoglobulins, and the vast majority of results were negative. As of January 2021, the number of people who had IgG antibodies to the pathogen COVID-19, among those surveyed approached 50 % in both Poltava and Donetsk regions
